Lizard Person Political Poster

This poster was something I made for the art of politics show this past weekend.
Below is a bit about it that I wrote up for the show.

As we all know, the primitive ape species that would someday evolve to enjoy recording redundant dance videos of themselves and spend large amounts of capital on designer coffee drinks, were young when a similar race of reptile humanoids had lived and built empires for Millenium. Sadly the first ice age all but destroyed the once powerful and advanced civilization of reptile humanoids due to their cold blood. However, a small group survived by using their telepathic and shapeshifting abilities to control the ape-like hominids, forcing them to provide sustenance and provisions for the reptile men. This relationship of subversion and control has persisted since time immemorial and to this day is the driving factor of all major world events–particularly global warming, which will finally restore the habitat the lizard people have long been working to rebuild. Unfortunately, the "mainstream media" and "official sources" refuse to acknowledge these beings' existence and in fact actively work to hide the influence such creatures have over the world. Only in the small corners of the internet can we learn the truth. All proceeds from my poster will go to the World Wildlife Fund so that we can actively work to slow climate change and halt the total takeover of the lizard people.
